Foremost Brewing Cooperative is the result of local people coming together to achieve their common goal of making Owatonna a more desirable place to live and visit by creating, from the ground up, a brewpub that has become a local treasure and community pillar.

Think again! A cooperative business is simply owned and controlled by the people who use its products and services.
Drink and dine like a boss.
Our food menu is interesting and agile, featuring local products that change seasonally. In addition to our beer brewed on-site, we have developed signature cocktails using Minnesota spirits, and will also offer a variety of wines and non-alcoholic beverages. Everyone is welcome at Foremost, but co-op members gain access to special perks!
